Events Marketing Manager

You will manage vendor relationships, oversee collateral creation, execute lead generation campaigns, and be the on-site event representative. Collaborating closely with internal teams, you will ensure that our events align with our marketing goals and are delivered within budget.

This role is perfect for a creative marketer with a flair for event planning and a passion for building brand presence through events

Responsibilities

• Lead and ensure the success of event preparations and executions.
• Manage relationships with vendors, organizers, and attendees.

Hands-on experience of using ai tools to create banners, social media post, HTML mailers

• Oversee the creation and delivery of marketing collateral.
• Execute lead generation campaigns related to events using CRM tools such as Marketo, Pardot, HubSpot

Design and manage event show run- seatings,

• Manage on-site event presence and communications.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a successful events plan.
• Assist in the development of marketing campaign collateral.
• Design promotional material for events.
• Ensure smooth event execution within budget and meeting goals

Requirements and skills

• 6+ yrs Bachelor’s/ master’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
• Exceptional project management skills.
• Creativity and an eye for detail.
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience working with senior-level executives.
• Willingness to travel for domestic and global events.
• Diplomacy, tact, and a customer-focused approach
