Job Description

Hands-on engineering management
Leadership: Provide strong leadership and guidance to the Data Unification Team, driving a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration.
Data Unification Strategy: Develop and implement data unification strategies, frameworks, and best practices to deliver effective
data management solutions.
Team Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of data engineers and analysts, fostering their professional growth and ensuring the teams success in meeting project goals.
Data Governance: Define and enforce data governance policies, standards, and procedures to ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all data unification activities.
Project Management: Oversee end-to-end project management, including scoping, planning, resource allocation, and execution of data unification projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Engineering, and Customer Success, to align data unification initiatives with overall business objectives and customer requirements.
Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement, automation, and optimization, driving efficiency and scalability in data unification operations.
Industry Trends: Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data management and unification, leveraging this knowledge to drive innovation and enhance our offerings.

Skills You Must Have:

Hands on engineering management
