Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage engineering teams to achieve project goals and organizational objectives.
Plan, allocate, and monitor resources for ongoing projects.
Drive design, development, and implementation of engineering solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, quality, operations, R&D) to ensure project success.
Review technical designs, drawings, and project documentation.
Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines, and provide regular status updates to leadership.
Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Identify areas for process improvement, cost reduction, and efficiency enhancement.
Mentor, train, and evaluate the performance of team members.
Provide L1-level managerial support, escalating issues to senior leadership as required.

Mandatory Skills: GCP Architecture .Experience: 8-10 Years .
