Responsibilities
Provides guidance, support and counsel to employees on defined employee relations issues. Escalates to senior personnel as appropriate.Facilitates company approved employee training sessions and guidance meetings.Build and maintain positive relationship with existing business consultants in the US.Act as a liaison between the client and consultants to ensure client satisfaction and adjust strategies as needed.Communication and negotiation skills for communicating and resolving grievance issuesLead efforts to increase retention and consultant engagement.Resolve and address questions and concerns from consultants.Generate business leads and business opportunities by networking with the consultants.Work with the client service managers to leverage on the received leads.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent experience for consultants.Assists in conducting termination interviews, identifies potential employee relations issues, reports findings and recommends action.Customer Service, exemplifies companys service excellence standards to internal and external customers at all levels of inquiries, from phone calls & e-mail requests. Should be able to tackle all the queries of the candidates and give them the comfort feeling by developing a good rapport. KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCEShould have 5+ years of exp in US-EA process.Should have managed atleast 3 resources under him/her.Should be capable of suggesting new strategies/processes for consultant's retention.Should be able to guide/direct the team in regards to any queries / concerns that they might have.Should be able to well coordinate between different departments within the organization for any issue resolution.
