Work in the agency channel to drive business growth and achieve targets.
Recruit, train, and manage agents to build a strong and productive team.
Handle field sales activities, including client meetings and business development.
Motivate and guide agents to achieve individual and team sales goals.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Regularly monitor agent performance and provide necessary support or coaching.
Minimum 23 years of experience in the agency channel within the life insurance sector.
Must be a graduate in any discipline.
Should have strong knowledge and experience in field sales and agent recruitment.
Must possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
