Objective Of This Role: We are seeking an Electronics Manager to drive the strategic development and engineering initiatives within our electronics division. This role is critical to ongoing progress and innovation in the field. Electronics Manager will lead both internal and external teams, ensuring the enhancement of technical competencies and the successful execution of projects. This position is pivotal in strengthening our competitive edge and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and skill development. Tasks & Responsibilities: Lead and mentor electronics team, managing resources and ensuring alignment with business objective Oversee staffing and infrastructure to meet company targets. Drive strategic planning and execution of electronics projects. Identify and leverage emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge. Oversee design, development and testing of electronic systems, ensuring compliance with standards. Manage project timelines, budgets and resources for successful delivery. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and quality. Convert system-level requirements into electronics specifications and production designs. Guide the team in EMI/EMC and safety testing, and manage outsourcing activities. Specify electronic components and contribute specialist knowledge in various fields. Ensure smooth transfer of new products into production and the marketplace. Education & Trainings: B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.TechTechnical knowhow: Concepts of Analog, Digital & Power Electronics, Logic Gates PCB Schematic design and Layout FPGA, Microprocessors and Microcontroller –Lattice, IMX 8, STM 32 Series, CAN Protocol, ARM based Standards – ESD, EMI, I2C, SPI, Interference and compatibility PLM, SAPExperience (in yrs.)
