Manager - Electronics

Role Overview: As an Electronics Manager at G+D, you will play a crucial role in driving strategic development and engineering initiatives within the electronics division. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and mentor the electronics team, effectively managing resources and aligning them with business objectives. - Oversee staffing and infrastructure to meet company targets efficiently. - Drive strategic planning and execution of electronics projects to achieve desired outcomes. - Identify and leverage emerging technologies to stay ahead of the competition. - Oversee the design, development, and testing of electronic systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards. - Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery. - Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team. - Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and quality in project execution. - Convert system-level requirements into electronics specifications and production designs. - Guide the team in EMI/EMC and safety testing, as well as manage outsourcing activities. - Specify electronic components and provide specialist knowledge in various fields. - Ensure a smooth transition of new products into production and the marketplace. Qualifications Required: - B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech in Electronics or related field. - Technical knowledge in concepts of Analog, Digital & Power Electronics, Logic Gates. - Proficiency in PCB Schematic design and Layout. - Experience with FPGA, Microprocessors, Microcontroller Lattice, IMX 8, STM 32 Series, CAN Protocol, ARM-based systems. - Familiarity with standards such as ESD, EMI, I2C, SPI, Interference, and compatibility. - Experience in PLM, SAP. - Total experience of 14-18 years in the field, with at least 12-16 years in a related industry.
