As a Civil Engineering company in Bangalore, Gina Engineering Company is seeking a diligent individual to join our team for the role of Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment Specialist. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Conducting Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment on Construction Processes, Products & Services - Performing Environmental Aspect / Impact Analysis on Construction Processes - Familiarity with EHS Manual & Procedures - Knowledge of Legal requirements in construction projects - Proficiency in EPR Emergency Preparedness Plan & Procedures - Conducting Hazop Analysis - Implementing job-specific training programs - Monitoring and measuring the performance of Critical Activities - Analyzing accidents/incidents & near misses - Conducting Internal Audits according to ISO Standards - Understanding the PDCA Cycle Qualifications required for this position include: - Previous experience in Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment - Knowledge of Environmental Impact Analysis - Understanding of EHS Manual & Legal Requirements - Proficiency in Emergency Preparedness Plans and Procedures - Familiarity with Hazop Analysis - Ability to conduct Internal Audits as per ISO Standards - Understanding of the PDCA Cycle Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as health insurance and provident fund.
