Graduate / engineering diploma with experience in engineering construction safety. Must know Hindi To ensure safety and environmental health requisites during construction stage To ensure zero accidents during the construction. Ensure the implementation of the EHS Management System and norms as per the IMS and EHS Manual respectively. Identify the training needs, design and impart training to staff, visitor, subcontractor and workmen. Prepare and update Project EHS Plan. Report project EHS statistics. Organize campaigns, competitions other special emphasis programs to promote EHS at workplace. Candidate must have relevant safety qualifications. To educate contractors and workforce to follow safety norms standards on site. To comply with EHS Safety norms and conduct safety audits on site. To initiate preventive measures on safety and promote safety awareness. To carry-out safety inspections and avert unsafe acts regularly. Preferred Experience in similar Industries. Immediate Joiners are preferred.
