Job Responsibilities

• Simulation & Analysis
• Lead structural simulations using ANSYS and SolidWorks for mechanical components of transformer bushings.
• Conduct thermal and electrical simulations for analyzing heat dissipation and current flow in electrical components.
• Define the scope of simulation work and coordinate with third-party agencies for specialized analysis as needed.
• Technical Development
• Drive the development of new technologies and innovations in transformer bushings and related products.
• Stay abreast of latest industry trends, materials, and manufacturing techniques and implement them in new product development.
• Lead benchmarking studies and comparative technical evaluations of new and existing products.
• Documentation & Compliances
• Prepare detailed technical presentations, showcasing application benefits, advantages, limitations, and case studies.
• Drive the creation and management of technical literature, manuals, and support documents
• Handle patent documentation and registration as per government norms and IP laws.
• Industry Engagement
• Represent the company in conferences, seminars, and technical forums
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, academic institutions, and industry bodies to enhance technical knowledge sharing and innovation.
