Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Business Planning

• Support the President in developing and executing

  business and growth strategies

  for the Pharma Business.
• Conduct market, competitor, and portfolio analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans and track execution across business units.

Financial Modeling & Analytics

• Develop and maintain

  financial models

  for business planning, growth initiatives, investments, and strategic projects.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis activities.
• Prepare dashboards, MIS, and management reports highlighting key insights and risks.

Growth Strategy & M&A Support

• Support

  growth initiatives

  , including new product launches, market expansion, partnerships, and capability building.
• Assist in

  M&A activities

  , including target evaluation, financial analysis, strategic fit assessment, and due diligence support.
• Support post-merger integration planning and tracking, as required.

Executive Assistance & Leadership Support

• Act as a trusted advisor to the President on strategic and operational matters.
• Prepare high-quality presentations, strategy notes, decision briefs, and leadership communications.
• Track leadership actions, priorities, and follow-ups to ensure timely execution.

Cross-Functional Coordination & Operations

• Act as a bridge between the President and cross-functional teams/business units.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives and special projects critical to business performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and execution discipline.

Candidate Profile

Experience & Background

• 37 years of experience

  in business strategy, corporate strategy, consulting, or strategic roles within

  Pharma or Life Sciences

  .
• Hands-on experience in

  financial modeling, business analysis, and strategic planning

  .
• Exposure to

  growth strategy and M&A support

  is strongly preferred.
• Experience working with senior leadership is an advantage.

Education

• MBA (Strategy / Finance / Operations preferred) from a reputed institute.
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related discipline is a plus.
