Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage new product development projects from concept to production, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
Conduct FMEA (Failure Mode Effects Analysis) studies to identify potential failures in manufacturing processes and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) plans and ISIR (Internal Supplier Improvement Review).
Ensure compliance with quality standards by conducting regular audits and implementing CUSTOMER requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

8-10 years of experience in automotive electronics or related field.
Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in Automobile/Electronics/Telecommunication.
Strong understanding of BILL OF MATERIALS (BOM), TEAM management, and PROJECT management principles.
