Quality Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct quality inspections at various stages of production, including line inspection, process inspection, final inspection, and in-process quality control.
  
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and company quality policies by implementing effective quality assurance processes.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  
• Develop and maintain documentation related to quality procedures, checklists, and reports.
  
• Provide training on quality control techniques to team members.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-5 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control or a related field (BPO industry preferred).
  
• Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.Tech/B.E., MS/M.Sc(Science), MBA).
  
• Strong understanding of quality engineering principles, process inspection methods, and statistical analysis techniques.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Knowledge & Experience in Wiring Harness product as consider more advantage to suitable the Job.

3+ years proven working experience as a Quality shop floor-oriented activities.

Should be ensure the Shop floor practices of line Error proof and CSR requirement has been followed

Should have thorough knowledge of Basic quality tools and problem-solving analysis

Have some knowledge to take the Kaizen activity at line

Monitor the product and production line at Shop floor

Discuss with all the stake holders and do the product and process Audit

Provide training to associates to level up their knowledge more about products.

Ensure effective implementation of action plan at each line

Planning and conducting internal meetings to associates is their any complaints are reported

Conduct everyday morning meeting to associates and verify their records and approval

Ensure to achieve KPI targets to every month
