Role Overview

Digital Sales professional

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive

  sales & renewal targets

  with assigned partners, ensuring revenue growth.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure best-in-class

  policy issuance TAT

  and smooth operations.
• Resolve and route all partner queries, including

  AHC bookings, endorsements, claims, issuance, and other operational matters.

• Maintain a strong

  market share among insurers at partner platforms.

• Oversee

  end-to-end product integrations

  , working with technology and internal teams to ensure timely execution.
• Drive

  partner growth

  by achieving new business and renewal targets through effective collaboration.
• Take full responsibility for

  revenue/sales targets

  of assigned partners and track progress against monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement

  strategies for exponential growth.

• Demonstrate strong

  project management skills

  , ensuring timely delivery across IT, underwriting, and operations functions.
• Leverage

  data-driven insights

  for decision making and performance improvement.

Skills & Qualifications

• 4-8 years experience in digital sales/partnerships within insurance/BFSI.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong stakeholder management & negotiation skills.
• Experience handling digital/aggregator partnerships and backend operations.
• Excellent communication and analytical abilities.
