**Job Description:** **Role Overview:** As a Manager / Deputy Manager in Logistics and Warehouse at Mindray, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of logistics and warehouse activities. With a strong commitment to innovation, Mindray's products and services are utilized in healthcare facilities in over 190 countries and regions. **Key Responsibilities:** - Create purchase orders for overseas headquarters or local suppliers based on the plan in SAP system or forecast. Collaborate with the internal planning department and prepare import customs documents. - Generate material PN numbers according to the purchase process, ensuring correct configuration and following up on the process. - Manage communication with customs clearance agents and forwarders to facilitate smooth and cost-effective import shipment processes. - Coordinate domestic transportation for local orders, ensuring timely transmission of shipment documents to keep consignors informed about the status. - Possess in-depth knowledge of HSN and compliances related to imports, with a preference for a background in the medical industry. - Oversee the overall management of warehouse systems, including setting up new warehouses, compliance management, process improvement, inventory management, demo management, vendor management, report preparation, and manpower planning. - Arrange demo equipment storage, update records on equipment status for financial purposes. - Handle logistics and warehouse management, customer complaint management, and personal growth and development. **Qualification Required:** - Education: Graduate or Postgraduate in Supply Chain Management or Operations. - Experience: Minimum 12-15 years of experience in logistics. - Language Skills: Proficient in both written and spoken English. - Computer Skills: Familiarity with computer and office software, particularly SAP. - Other Knowledge and Skills: Strong logical thinking and excellent communication skills. **Additional Details:** Mindray, founded in 1991 and headquartered in Shenzhen, China, is dedicated to making healthcare more accessible through innovative medical technologies.
