Manager - Demand Planning & Sales Operations

Job Description

We are looking to hire a Demand Planning and Sales Operations planning manager to handle the following responsibilities : Leads and refines the S&OP process , ensuring alignment between sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain for accurate forecasting and demand planning. Analyzes market trends, seasonality, and promotional impacts using statistical tools and AI/ML to adjust forecasts and support data-driven decisions. Monitors key metrics like forecast accuracy and inventory health , driving cross-functional actions to prevent stock imbalances and optimize supply chain flow. Supports product lifecycle planning , coordinating launches, phase-outs, and minimizing slow-moving or obsolete inventory. Drives continuous process improvement , aligning operational plans with financial targets to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction. Candidate profile MBA with 6-8 years of experience with proficiency in MS Office, SAP, Power BI Proven experience in demand planning/ S&OP coordination
