Job Description

Role Overview: As a Manager at PwC's Advisory Acceleration Center, you will be part of a dynamic team supporting the US-based Deals Strategy practice. The Deals Strategy team shapes the M&A landscape by providing investment perspectives and value creation strategies for private equity and corporate clients. From initial investment strategy development to post-close value creation, you will play a crucial role in helping clients drive growth. Key Responsibilities: - Lead a team of problem solvers to address complex business issues from strategy to execution - Develop and implement capabilities aligned with Deals Strategy focus areas - Foster high-performance and work-life balance while managing expectations with leadership and US-based staff - Create new standardized delivery modules and refine existing onboarding and training programs - Provide coaching and mentorship to the team on work-planning, problem-solving, and research tools - Collaborate with US DS leadership to support client development and engagements - Promote new ideas and services to create value for clients and stakeholders - Contribute to practice enablement and business development activities - Drive innovation initiatives and engage with US counterparts to build trust and market the AC brand - Stay updated on the latest M&A trends and encourage new methodologies and technologies Qualifications Required: - 8 to 10 years of industry experience with team building and operational leadership skills - Ability to manage teams across multiple projects with stringent timelines - Experience in primary and secondary research, data analysis, and client-ready deliverable creation - Background in private equity, commercial due diligence, or M&A advisory preferred - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau/Power BI, or similar Visual Analytics tools - Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and effective written and verbal communication - Relevant experience in Technology, Healthcare, Consumer Products, Retail, Energy Transition, or Industrial Products and Services sectors Desired Soft Skills: - Effective communication and storytelling abilities - Strong work ethic, proactive attitude, and professionalism - Strategic and creative thinking with problem-solving skills Educational Background: - MBA from premier B-Schools preferred - Strong academic credentials, analytical ability, and leadership skills (Note: Additional information such as work timings and travel requirements is not provided in the job description.),
