Manager, Data Quality

You will be part of a dynamic team at Numerator, a leading data, insights, and consulting company reshaping the market research industry. As a member of the Data Quality area in our Vadodara office, you will play a key role in driving Numerator's business goals and ensuring high-quality deliverables. Reporting to the Vadodara Regional Operations Centre (ROC) Director, your responsibilities will include leading the Data Quality area, collaborating with stakeholders on operational strategies, and overseeing the smooth transition of processes to the India Centre of Excellence (COE). You will focus on people management, continuously enhancing operational processes, and aligning team performance goals with a data-oriented approach. Key outcomes and responsibilities of this role include leading the team to deliver high-quality work on time, working closely with leaders and stakeholders from various locations, creating advanced reports and dashboards, and improving team productivity through continuous enhancement. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing the team using data-driven performance metrics, resolving conflicts effectively, and conducting in-depth analysis of complex datasets to drive strategic decisions. To excel in this role, you should possess a BE/B.Tech degree from a reputable university, have at least 2 years of management experience in mid-size teams across multiple locations, and demonstrate professional proficiency in English. Strong communication skills, project management capabilities, and advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and PowerBI are essential. Preferred qualifications include expertise in market research, experience in data quality validation within the FMCG domain, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. You should have exceptional presentation skills, the ability to lead organizational change, and a track record of building strong relationships with stakeholders.
