Job Description

  • Any Graduate/ Post-Graduate who holds experience into data analytics domain.
  • 6+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within a BPM, or voice process environment.
  • Proven experience in analyzing operational metrics.
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools and platforms such as

    SQL

    ,

    Excel

    .
  • Experience with scientific analytics tools like

    Python

    ,

    R

    , or

    SAS

    for statistical analysis and model development.
  • Competent with data visualization tools such as

    Tableau

    or

    Power BI

    .
  • Knowledge of statistical techniques, including regression analysis, hypothesis testing, clustering, and machine learning.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
