Manager - Data Analytics

• Responsibilities

• 9-12 Years Experience in Data Analytics and reporting, Data bricks, Power BI, Snowflake the Data Analytics Manager will lead the delivery of advanced analytics solutions across our Global team ensuring the team delivers high-quality, scalable data solutions using technologies such as Snowflake, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Azure, AWS, Python, SQL, and R.
• Lead and manage a team of 15 data analysts, engineers, and scientists, providing day-to-day direction, performance management, and career development.
• The successful candidate will foster a high-performance culture through coaching, mentoring, and continuous development, while ensuring alignment with business goals and data governance standards Act as a hands-on technical leader,
• guiding the team in the design and implementation of data solutions using Snowflake, Azure Synapse, AWS Redshift, and Microsoft Fabric.
• Oversee the development of dashboards and analytics products using Power BI, ensuring they meet business requirements and usability standards Drive the adoption of advanced analytics and machine learning models using Python, SQL, and R to support forecasting, segmentation, and operational insights.
• Establish and maintain team standards for code quality, documentation, testing, and version control.
• Design and deliver structured training plans to upskill team members in cloud platforms, analytics tools, and certifications (e.g., PL-300, SnowPro Core).
• Conduct regular performance reviews, and development planning to support individual growth and team capability.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable data solutions and ensure timely delivery Promote a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Support the Head of Data Analytics in strategic planning, resource forecasting, and delivery governance Act as a hands-on technical leader, guiding the team in the design and implementation of data solutions using Snowflake, Azure Synapse, AWS Redshift, and Microsoft Fabric.
