Manager - Data Analytics

As a Manager - Data Analytics, your main purpose will be to actively engage in the organization's Digital Transformation Roadmap, with a focus on leveraging Data Analytics and AI/ML technologies. You will be responsible for developing and presenting reports, dashboards, and visualizations to effectively communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders. Your role will involve translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights to drive the successful execution of Digital Analytical Initiatives. Your key tasks and responsibilities will include collaborating closely with data analysts, managers, and business leaders to understand their requirements and objectives. You will be translating data-driven insights into clear and concise business recommendations and strategies. Additionally, you will develop and present reports, dashboards, and visualizations to effectively communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders. Ensuring data accuracy and consistency across all reports and presentations will be crucial, along with training and mentoring business teams on data interpretation and usage to drive informed decision-making. It will also be essential to stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve data translation processes. To excel in this role, you will need a strong expertise in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView. Proficiency in quantitative analysis to discern trends and patterns in data, as well as in SQL and other data analysis tools, will be required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for a diverse audience, are also necessary. The ideal candidate for this position should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field. Post qualifications, you should have 5 to 7 years of experience in a data-driven role, including at least 2 years in a translation or liaison capacity. In this role, you will report to the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and play a pivotal part in driving the organization's digital transformation journey through effective data analytics and insights.,
