Manager - Data Analytics

As a Manager - Data Analytics & Network at House of Shipping's US based client, you will play a crucial role in leading analytics-driven initiatives to enhance business performance, network efficiency, and operational excellence across supply chain operations. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the design, development, and implementation of end-to-end BI and network analytics solutions. - Analyzing warehouse and transportation network performance to identify optimization opportunities. - Architecting and managing data models, data marts, and analytics frameworks supporting enterprise reporting. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to capture business requirements and transform them into actionable insights. - Developing dashboards and visualizations in tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView for operational and strategic reporting. - Driving continuous improvement initiatives in data accuracy, standardization, and governance. - Partnering with IT and business functions to integrate BI platforms with ERP, WMS, OMS, and TMS systems. - Providing data-driven recommendations on cost efficiency, inventory management, and service levels. - Mentoring and guiding a team of analysts and BI developers, fostering a data-driven culture. - Staying abreast of emerging BI technologies and network optimization tools to enhance analytical capability. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or related field. - 5-8 years of experience in data analytics, network analysis, or business intelligence, preferably in a supply chain environment. - Proficiency in data warehouse design, SQL, ETL, and enterprise BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik). - Strong analytical skills in network modelling, route optimization, warehouse footprint analysis, and cost-benefit evaluation. - Experience with WMS, OMS, TMS, and ERP data integration. - Knowledge of data governance, master data management, and data quality frameworks. - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Proven track record in delivering analytics-driven insights that drive measurable operational improvements.
