We’re seeking a dynamic cybersecurity manager to join our team at India Child Protection
As a cybersecurity manager, you’ll develop and oversee the implementation of our firm’s cybersecurity strategies. You will be crucial to protect our company’s digital assets, ensure compliance with security standards, and mitigate risks. You will also make sure our information assets and technologies are adequately protected from current and emerging threats.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
· To network and communicate with various Law Enforcement Agencies for developing partnership for combatting the cybercrimes against children.
· The incumbent will also be required to contribute to the delivery of training, workshops and conferences as required according to the project framework related to digital investigation of cyber-crimes against children.
· To identify the gaps and assist the law enforcement agencies with technical solutions for effective investigation and prosecution of digital crime cases
· To develop required software and tools for enhancing prosecution
· To review, develop and amend policy drafts and propose suggestions to improve the effects of existing policies.
· To supervise and guide the team working at ground level
· To carry any other duties as assigned by senior members of ICP.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
· Strong research, writing, and editing skills/experience required
· Technical knowledge of tools, softwares required for investigation of cybercrime,
· 5+ years of Project management, workflow, time management required
· Experience with project Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) desired
· Excellent oral and written communication skills required
· Superior interpersonal, time management, organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills
· Ability to prioritize, successfully complete multiple tasks with attention to detail, and meet deadlines
· Adaptability, flexibility, and ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Proficient Hindi language – spoken and written – required
· Proficient English language – spoken and written – required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
