Job Description

We are looking for only experienced female professionals from voice/non voice process who can be trained in initial analysis and categorisation of such complaints and follow up with authorities for next steps.

Since the job involves analysing CSEAM (Child Sexual Exploitative Abuse Material) content and categorisation of the same so that the Law Enforcement Agencies can take action, is often disturbing, only those who are willing to work understanding the nature of job need to apply.

Position Overview:

The Complaint Processing Executive is responsible for managing, resolving & extracting intel from data & complaints efficiently and effectively, ensuring high levels of compliance with Organisation policies and legal standards. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle complaints with empathy and professionalism.

Experience in Years:-

1. Since the process involves both voice and non-voice work, the candidate should have not less than 2 years of Voice Process Experience in a Call Centre.

2. International BPO experience (Banking or Insurance Process) shall be given preference.

3. Candidates with Non-Voice background will also be considered, however, upon selection, they have to take calls as well.

4. Since the job involves analysing CSEAM content and categorisation of the same so that Law Enforcement Agencies can take action, is often disturbing, only those who are willing to work understanding the nature of job need to apply.

Skill Sets:-

1. Not less than 40 WPM@100% accuracy in Typing in English.(Highly proficient in Key Board Skills)

2. Good over the Phone Etiquettes (The same team will also have to respond to telephonic complaints pertaining to related issues)

3. Good interpersonal skills(Since it required interacting with senior ICP and other organisation leaders)

4. Good business communication & documentation skills

5. Should be disciplined and professional

6. Proficiency in MS Excel (Basic level: Filters, Charts, Formulae, Conditional Formatting, Text to Columns, etc)

7. MS PPT, Proficiency(Working with stock designs within Office 365)

Language:-

1. Since large number of staff are speakers of vernacular language, knowledge of Telegu is preferred.

2. Should be fluent in English (spoken and written) and should have working knowledge of Hindi.

Shift – Depending on rostering, some employees may have to work in any of the assigned shifts.
