Role Overview: As a Technical Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in providing high-level technical support to customers in the Gujarat/Mumbai/Pune region. Your responsibilities will include: Key Responsibilities: - Attending breakdown calls of electrical and mechanical nature - Generating target revenue for services and spares - Collecting feedback from customers and effectively communicating it to the concerned department - Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information - Handling customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism - Driving KPI performance on metrics such as customer satisfaction, first-time fix ratios, responsiveness, percentage of billable hours, and revenue - Coaching and developing less experienced distributor service team members - Providing technical expertise and support across a wide range of equipment and technologies - Collaborating with the Sales Team Manager to drive understanding and awareness of Reliability Services capabilities - Identifying opportunities for technical improvements in existing equipment and systems - Measuring performance against key KPIs such as customer satisfaction, service utilization, revenue realization, and service segment income - Increasing revenue and segment income through quality service calls, maintenance agreements, product conversions/retrofits, and proactive services Qualifications Required: - Diploma or Engineering Graduate (Electrical / Mechanical) - Good academic records with 60% & above in all academics Additional Company Details: Join us in this exciting opportunity to make a difference through your technical expertise and customer-centric approach.,
