Manager – CSR

• Lead the requirements for effective CSR partnerships with proposals, concepts and due reporting with timely research and development on opportunities, tech-interventions and models in the sector as appropriate for disability inclusion.
• Research and exploration of various mediums to identify opportunities with corporates/institutions,
• Prepare powerful proposals and concept notes to such identified organisations or opportunities brought.
• Donor relationship management which includes coordination with internal stakeholders, donor reporting and review. representation.
• Donor administration which includes MIS and presentations for donors and performance reporting to management
  

Job Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Development Studies, Management, or related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in CSR fundraising, donor relations, or institutional partnership management.
• Proven track record in concept note and proposal writing for corporate and institutional donors.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
