About the Team

Corporate Strategy team

Your Role

Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and refine Nutanix s Product and Go-To-Market strategies.
Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
Develop and present comprehensive business cases to drive executive-level discussions and decision-making.
Define, track, and report on key performance indicators for strategic initiatives to ensure alignment with company goals.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to enhance operational efficiency and drive execution of strategic projects.
Engage with the CEO and executive team to shape strategic priorities and provide insights that influence company direction.
Lead initiatives that foster a culture of data-driven decision-making and promote strategic thinking throughout the organization.
Establish strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure buy-in and support for strategic initiatives across the company.

What You Will Bring

MBA from a top-tier business school.
5 years of experience overall, with experience in Strategy Consulting firms or in a Corporate Strategy role at enterprise software / SaaS companies
Strategic and structured thinker, with a track record of executing large cross-functional initiatives
Effective communicator with strong executive presence
Strong knowledge of enterprise software / SaaS GTM motion, business concepts and metrics

Work Arrangement

Hybrid: This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. For most roles, that will mean coming into an office a minimum of 3 days per week, however certain roles and/or teams may require more frequent in-office presence. Additional team-specific guidance and norms will be provided by your manager.
