Manager - Corporate Relations

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and execute a structured outreach strategy to build hiring partnerships with companies across industries.

Network and engage with HR leaders, talent acquisition heads, and hiring managers to onboard them as hiring partners.

Understand the talent needs and role requirements of partner companies and align OdinSchool-trained professionals accordingly.

Manage and mentor a team of placement associates, ensuring smooth coordination between learners, internal teams, and hiring partners.

Conduct market research and corporate outreach to identify new placement opportunities and emerging industry demands.

Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with partner companies to ensure sustained collaboration and repeat hiring.

Represent OdinSchool at corporate meetings, job fairs, and industry events to promote our talent ecosystem.

Eligibility Criteria :

Minimum 5 years of experience in managing placements, corporate relations, or account management roles (preferably in an edtech, skilling, or training organization).

Proven track record in establishing and maintaining hiring partnerships with multiple organizations.

Strong network within the HR and corporate community with the ability to engage senior-level stakeholders.

Demonstrated success in account management, deal closures, and candidate placements.

Experience in structured corporate outreach, data-driven reporting, and pipeline.

looking for individuals experienced in managing placements for trained candidates or in

corporate relations roles within educational or skilling organizations.
