Role Overview As Manager/Sr. Manager Consulting Sales, you will drive business growth by identifying and developing new consulting opportunities, building strong client relationships, and delivering tailored supply chain planning solutions. This is a strategic role that blends consultative selling, business development, and client success. You will collaborate closely with delivery and product teams to ensure alignment of solutions with client objectives and market demands. Key Responsibilities Business Development & Consulting Sales Identify new consulting and solution sales opportunities across direct and partner-led channels Conduct consultative meetings to assess client needs, challenges, and readiness for transformation Position Anaminds value proposition by developing customized solution roadmaps and proposals Client Relationship Management Cultivate and manage long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders Proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts Act as a trusted advisor, bridging business goals with supply chain planning capabilities Solution Design & Proposal Development Translate client pain points into actionable, high-impact proposals and presentations Collaborate with solution architects and domain consultants to shape tailored offering Market & Industry Intelligence Stay abreast of supply chain trends, industry shifts, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies Provide feedback to internal teams on market needs and solution gaps Sales Operations & Reporting Maintain accurate CRM data, sales pipeline, and forecasting metrics Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure sales effectiveness and ROI Team Leadership Lead and mentor a cross-functional growth team (digital/offline marketing, presales) Define and track team KPIs, drive collaboration, and support performance development Required Qualifications Skills Bachelors degree in Engineering; MBA (Sales/Marketing specialization) preferred 35 years of experience in consulting or IT services sales, preferably in the supply chain, enterprise software, or planning domains Proven track record in achieving sales targets through consultative engagement Strong business acumen with the ability to identify and articulate business value Exceptional verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Experience with CRM platforms and sales enablement tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing, and results-driven environment Why Join Us?
