Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Business Operations (Coimbatore)

Responsible for overseeing daily business operations
Managing existing/ new clients
Plan for Business development
Follow up on leads - cold calls and emails
Coordinate to close orders/ deals
Interact with MD for all operations related activities

HR Operations (Chennai)

Ensure contract workers receive proper orientation and training before beginning work.
Collaborate with managers to determine staffing needs and job requirements.
Coordinate the recruitment process, including interviews, selection, and onboarding of contract labour.
Monitor and ensure compliance with labour laws, health and safety regulations, and industry standards.
Maintain accurate records of contract workers documentation, including contracts, certifications, and compliance forms.
Address and resolve any legal or compliance issues related to contract labour.
Handle administrative tasks related to contract labour, such as timesheet management, payroll coordination, and benefits administration like ESI and EPF.
Act as a liaison between contract workers and management to resolve conflicts or grievances.
Implement performance management systems for , including setting expectations, conducting reviews, and addressing performance issues.
Implement procedures for addressing and documenting complaints and incidents.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in Business Operations and HR, with a focus on contract labour management
Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Hindi language.
Familiarity with MS Office Suite.
