Manager - Consulting LBA

Role Overview: As the Manager Consulting - LBA at Wolters Kluwer, you will be responsible for driving challenging performance standards and goals within the Legal Bill Analysis Center of Excellence (LBACOE). Your role involves supervising and leading a team of legal bill review analysts to ensure efficient auditing of legal fee and expense invoices, while maintaining compliance with established standards and guidelines. You will also be involved in training new LBACOE invoice analysts, developing quality assurance methodologies, and monitoring analyst work for compliance. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise LBACOE invoice analysts to ensure efficient and accurate review of legal invoice entries. - Coordinate and distribute legal bill assignments to team members. - Verify the accuracy of UTBMS task codes applied to invoice line items. - Develop and maintain effective training methodologies for new LBACOE invoice analysts. - Conduct regular quality assurance on legal billing review techniques and platforms. - Create and analyze data on key reviewer performance metrics to improve customer experience. - Train and calibrate LBACOE analysts to drive compliance and quality standards. - Provide SME support to improve customer-centric operations. Qualifications Required: - Education: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university. Juris Doctor or MBA preferred. - Experience: 0-2 years of people management experience, 5+ years in the legal industry with 3+ years in relevant roles. Familiarity with e-billing systems and Microsoft Excel. Strong leadership, coaching, and data analysis skills required. - Competencies: Strong communication, teamwork, problem-solving, planning, organizing, learning, and initiative skills. Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
