Manager, Condition Reports & Conservation

As a Senior Manager-Condition Reports & Conservation at Saffronart/StoryLTD, your role will involve performing condition checks of goods, preparing condition reports, liaising with conservators, and managing a team. Your interest in History, Culture, and Heritage, along with excellent organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines, will be essential for this position. Key Responsibilities: - Perform condition checks of goods at various stages in the auction processes - Prepare condition reports across product categories - Regular data entry on the organization's internal database - Liaise with professional conservators across categories - Meet deadlines set by sale leads - Collaborate with the cataloguing and handling team to ensure shipping and catalogue deadlines are met - Check final product images with the design team - Manage the presentation of products including framing, sculpture bases, etc., along with the handling team - Supervise the team assigned to you - Demonstrate interpersonal skills and the ability to work across teams Qualifications Required: - Graduation in any discipline - Previous experience in fine art or conservation - Degree, diploma, or certificate in Fine Art, Heritage, Museology, or Conservation - Excellent organization skills and attention to detail - Team player with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines - Willingness to work longer hours if needed - Openness to learning and taking on additional responsibilities - Good interpersonal and communication skills in English - Comfortable working with MS Office suite If you meet these qualifications and are excited about this opportunity, please send your updated resume and a cover letter expressing your interest in the role to [email protected] and [email protected],
