You need to be a HODLer of theseRegulatory Compliance Oversight: Stay abreast of key regulatory requirements applicable to the organization in the current fast evolving and dynamic environment
Conduct regular checks to ensure compliance across all functions
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address any compliance gaps and implement necessary corrective actions
Build, implement and maintain policies and procedure for compliance across onboarding, transaction and customer operationsKYC Compliance: Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of digital KYC requirements
Assess the current status of KYC processes and identify areas for improvement
Propose and implement new rules and ideas to enhance the organizations KYC strength
Financial Crime and Fraud Prevention: Proactively identify potential Financial Crime and Fraud risks and develop strategies to mitigate them
Collaborate with AML and Fraud analysts to monitor and investigate suspicious activities
Implement proactive measures to prevent Financial Crime and Fraud and protect the organization and its customers
Stakeholder Management: Engage with internal stakeholders, including product and analytics teams, to ensure alignment on compliance and KYC initiatives
