Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Manager in the Competence Centre - Syndication, located at Videocon Towers, Delhi. The ideal candidate will have 6-9 years of experience. Roles and Responsibility
Building new and maintaining tie-ups with various banks and financial institutions.
Preparing Project Information Memorandum, Teaser Notes, and Appraisal Report.
Conducting financial modeling and coordinating with potential lenders to obtain credit facilities for clients on desired terms and conditions.
Assisting in legal documentation and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of policies, regulatory environments, and recent sector developments.
Executing syndication deals and working with PSU/Private & Foreign Banks/NBFC and Financial Institutions.
Participating in field visits to clients across the country to understand their business and operational models.

Job
Strong credit analysis skills and execution abilities.
Top-of-mind recall of PSU/Private & Foreign Banks/NBFC and Financial Institutions.
Willingness to participate in field visits to clients across the country.
Ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously and meet deadlines under pressure.
Working knowledge of various sectors under Infrastructure.
Experience in building and maintaining relationships with financial institutions is an added advantage.
