Supervisory/Management Responsibilities Individual Contributor Position Accountability / Scope The role reports to the Associate Director, Compensation and Benefits, EPD India Minimum Education The role requires an MBA from a good college with a specialization in HR. Additional qualifications related to C&B are desirable Minimum Experience/Training Required 4 yea r s of experience as Hum an R e so u r c e s p r ofessi o n a l w i th minimum of 1 years in Comp role Knowledge o f f u nda m e nt a l a sp e c t s o f com pens at i on ( base pay, l o n g - t e rm in cen t ive p r og r a ms, ann u al ince nt i v e p r ogr a ms etc.) Sh o uld have w or k e d w i th r e pu t ed India n /Mult i n a t i o n al o rga n i z ations JOB FAMILY: Compensation & Benefits DIVISION: CHR Corporate Human Resources LOCATION: India > Mumbai : BKC Building TRAVEL: Yes, 25 % of the Time t
