You will be responsible for mentoring and managing a team of technical professionals, providing regular feedback, and fostering career growth. Developing and maintaining metrics and KPIs to measure the team's performance, project progress, and operational effectiveness will also be a key part of your role. Ensuring adherence to organizational and industry security and compliance standards, designing and implementing technical training programs, and providing recommendations for managing, operating, and supporting enterprise SaaS offerings are essential responsibilities. The ideal candidate for this position holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience, along with excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills. With over 10 years of experience, including 5+ years leading technical teams, expertise in cloud technologies, Windows, Linux, VMware in cloud environments, and the ability to work effectively in a global team environment are required qualifications.
