Job Description

Druva Inc. is looking for Manager, Cloud Operations to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey

Cloud Infrastructure Management:

Design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure on platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Configure and maintain virtual servers, storage, and networking components.

Security and Compliance:

Implement and monitor security measures to protect cloud-based systems and data.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Performance Optimization:

Monitor and optimize the performance of cloud-based applications and services.
Identify and resolve issues related to scalability, reliability, and efficiency.

Automation:

Implement automation scripts and tools for provisioning and managing cloud resources.
Streamline repetitive tasks to improve operational efficiency.

Backup and Disaster Recovery:

Develop and maintain backup and disaster recovery plans for cloud-based systems.
Conduct regular tests to ensure the effectiveness of recovery procedures.

Collaboration:

Collaborate with other IT teams, including development, infrastructure, and security teams.
Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives.

Cost Management:

Monitor and manage cloud resource costs.
Implement cost optimization strategies without compromising performance or security.

Documentation:

Create and maintain documentation for cloud architecture, configurations, and procedures.
Provide training and knowledge transfer to team members.

Incident Response:

Respond to and resolve cloud-related incidents and outages.
Implement preventive measures to minimize the risk of future incidents.
