Job Description

Position Overview: We are seeking dynamic and results-driven sales professionals to join our team. This role focuses on conducting face-to-face sales presentations, allowing clients to understand the value that IndiaMART can bring to their business. As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in acquiring new clients, building long-term relationships, and fostering trust in both yourself and the organization. This role also involves leading a direct sales team, enhancing their productivity, and ensuring the achievement of defined sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and oversee sales operations to achieve rapid growth in new client acquisition in alignment with organizational processes. Lead and manage a direct sales team of 20+ members, ensuring high levels of efficiency and performance. Drive sales targets and ensure the timely completion of customer onboarding and related tasks. Identify opportunities and challenges, and develop action plans to address key business areas. Promote and execute sales promotion schemes effectively. Ensure strict adherence to defined sales processes and compliance requirements. Regularly review and evaluate team performance, providing necessary guidance and support. Preferred candidate profile Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in direct sales. Proven experience in managing a sales team of 20 or more people. Educational Qualification: MBA or any equivalent degree (minimum 50%). Academic Performance: Minimum 70% in both 10th and 12th grades.
