ob Summary:

Manager Catastrophe Risk Management

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the
catastrophe risk modeling and analysis
process across multiple perils (earthquake, flood, windstorm, etc.).
Evaluate and quantify potential losses using
vendor models
(e.g., RMS, AIR, CoreLogic) and
in-house tools
.
Support
underwriting teams
by providing risk insights and model-based recommendations for individual accounts.
Conduct
portfolio accumulation analysis
and develop
risk exposure summaries
for management and regulatory reporting.
Collaborate with
reinsurance, actuarial, and pricing teams
to optimize portfolio diversification and risk transfer strategies.
Ensure
model validation
,
data quality checks
, and
documentation of assumptions
used in catastrophe modeling.
Contribute to the
development and enhancement of internal modeling capabilities
and analytical tools.
