• IT Infrastructure Management: Overseeing the management of IT and OT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and data centers. Ensuring the availability, reliability, and security of IT systems. Ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance. • System Performance: Ensure the reliability and availability of IT and OT systems and applications critical to manufacturing processes as per business requirements.
• Security and Compliance: Ensure IT and OT systems and processes comply with industry regulations and standards, such as FDA, EMA, and GMP.
• Disaster Recovery: Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans to minimize downtime and data loss in case of emergencies.
