Manager (CA / CMA)

We are looking for a Qualified CA or CMA Finalist to join our esteemed organization LKSS & Associates. The selected candidate will take on the role of Manager, independently handling a portfolio of corporate clients while mentoring the team and driving client success.

• If CA – must be a Chartered Accountant with 2–3 years of post-qualification experience.
• If CMA – up to 10 years of relevant experience in accounting, costing, compliance, and advisory.

Position Overview

• Lead client engagements and deliver high-quality accounting, costing, statutory compliance, and advisory services.
• Independently manage a diverse client portfolio (primarily companies).
• Ensure timely and accurate compliance with Accounting Standards, GST, Income Tax, Companies Act, FEMA, and RBI guidelines.
• Provide strategic financial and cost management insights to support client growth.
• Mentor junior team members and collaborate across teams for seamless service delivery.
• Contribute to business development by identifying opportunities and assisting in proposal preparation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Engagement & Relationship Management

• Independently handle client portfolios with accountability for delivery.
• Build and sustain long-term client relationships through effective communication and service.

2. Accounting, Costing & Compliance

• Manage end-to-end accounting, financial reporting, and cost records.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act, FEMA, RBI, and other statutory regulations.

3. Advisory & Strategic Support

• Provide financial analysis, cost optimization strategies, and actionable business insights.
• Act as a CFO-level advisor, enabling clients to achieve strategic and controlled growth.

4. Leadership & Team Development

• Mentor junior staff, review their work, and ensure quality service delivery.
• Promote knowledge sharing and drive process improvements.

5. Business Development

• Identify additional opportunities with existing clients.
• Assist in preparing proposals and client presentations.

Qualifications & Skills Required

• Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2–3 years post-qualification experience OR CMA Finalist with up to 10 years of relevant experience (industry/consulting/firm).
• Strong understanding of costing, accounting standards, financial reporting, and statutory compliances.
• Proficiency in Tally, Zoho, and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to manage client requirements independently and provide strategic financial advisory.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to mentor and guide a team.
• Ability to multitask and deliver within tight timelines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
