Manager Business Risk Assessment & Advisory

Role Overview: As a candidate for the position, you will be responsible for demonstrating strong business acumen and understanding of CFCC (Conduct, Financial Crime, and Compliance) Risk Analysis and Advisory. You will be engaging in risk identification, analysis, assessment, monitoring, and providing business risk advisory across multiple businesses in various regions globally. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, analyze, and assess CFCC risks, design control frameworks to mitigate risks, and recommend risk response strategies. - Monitor dynamic changes in risk and control environment, provide operational insights, and conduct deep dives into material risk areas. - Manage issues and events, perform root cause analysis, and remediate vulnerabilities to improve control environment. - Provide business risk advisory in policy and regulation, business or product changes, and offer actionable risk insights and recommendations. - Collaborate with CFCC Product Owners to continuously improve products and services using reg tech and data analytical products. Qualification Required: - You should have 9+ years of overall working experience in Banking, Financial Institution, Regulator, or Fintech. - Minimum 3 years of advanced practitioner level experience in Conduct, Compliance, or Financial Crime Risk management or Business, Product, or Operations Risk Management with exposure to CFCC. - Experience in areas such as Data Risk, Anti-Money Laundering, Fraud, Regulatory Conduct, Market Conduct, etc. - Well-versed with risk assessment techniques, communication skills, and knowledge of regulatory frameworks. - Any industry certifications in the CFCC or Business/Product domain are welcome.
