Job Description

Deliver Payroll, Benefits and Reward projects seamlessly by building and leading a skilled team. Building a strong
engagement with market CoEs to deliver strategic objectives by understanding business needs, changes and impact

You will need

Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence
Developing and leading an impactful team of individual contributors, giving them the opportunities to be their best through mentoring, career development conversations and performance management
Initiating and crafting continuous improvements initiatives to drive performance within their teams Ensuring project management practices are implemented and adhered to; and setting up governances with Project sponsors, Market CoEs, Technology and SMEs
Planning key deliverables, communicating expectations clearly & defining WOW to handle key partners of project Collaborating with the Market CoEs on strategic direction for the overall portfolio of services Instrumental in driving SLAs and critical metrics for the team in line with Business objectives and periodically review them and provide feedback/ suggestions on improving those
Evaluating and resolving problems and coordinating implementation of improvements during Project phase Constantly reviewing and raising any risks with clear mitigation plans or seeking for relevant support Working with Operations team,Technology / Product teams to ensure data and developments requirements are met Implementing simplification / automation opportunities to standardise processes, improve efficiency and quality Generating reports and smart insights to aid decision making
