                                In this role at Airbnb, you will be part of a dynamic team supporting Trust initiatives. You will collaborate with Product, Service Managers, Regional Operations Managers, Operations Change Management, and Shared Services to drive successful improvement projects with measurable positive impacts. Your responsibilities will include:  - Building problem-solving skills and capability within the teams through workshops and learning forums - Driving a culture of continuous improvement within the teams - Socializing Continuous Improvement with stakeholders and building the CI strategy around key business requirements - Educating, building awareness, and program managing continuous improvement, FMEA framework - Identifying high-impact opportunities, problem-solving through data and process re-design, and leading them to delivery - Coaching and mentoring team members for enhanced roles and responsibilities, career growth, and overall development - Streamlining overall ways of working and identifying opportunities for improvement  On a typical day, you will: - Diagram and evaluate existing processes, building transformation journeys - Lead or support cross-functional project teams to implement operational improvements within Trust - Design experiments and lead them as a Project Manager - Implement process improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma methodology - Collect data and insights from operations to identify the root cause of problems - Measure performance against process requirements - Present opportunities for approval to management - Lead workshops and brainstorming sessions for CS and across functions - Mentor and coach the team from LSS, conflict management, storytelling, and stakeholder management perspective  Your expertise should include: - Minimum of 15+ years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Process Design, process re-engineering, and/or operations - Post Graduate degree preferred - Advanced knowledge of contact center operations, AML, Fraud/Risk operations - Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt preferred - Strong stakeholder management skills - Proven track record of developing and delivering support with a positive impact on business metrics - Experience in project management and engaging with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals - Comfortable with large data sets, able to derive insights and present them effectively - Excellent analytical capability and ability to translate strategy into on-ground implementation - Self-starter comfortable working in ambiguous situations - Good understanding of industry-relevant automation tools and technologies preferred - Experience collaborating with product teams to bring improvements/impact preferred - Design Thinking Practitioner, Agile/Project Management certification is a plus  Airbnb is committed to diversity and inclusion, encouraging all qualified individuals to apply.
