Job Title: Business Development Manager – Real Estate

Location: Noida

Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly driven and strategic Business Development Manager (BDM) to spearhead sales and partnerships in the real estate sector. The role demands a professional with strong industry connections, market knowledge, and the ability to identify and convert business opportunities in residential, commercial, and luxury real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive new client acquisition and manage relationships with investors, channel partners, corporate clients, and HNIs.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities in residential, commercial, retail, and luxury real estate markets.
  • Generate leads through networking, property expos, corporate tie-ups, and channel partner development.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of clients for property sales, leasing, and investment advisory.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on real estate trends, pricing, competitors, and emerging opportunities.
  • Work closely with marketing and project teams to create compelling pitches and presentations.
  • Ensure smooth deal closures by coordinating with clients, legal teams, and developers.
  • Provide regular reports on business development performance and revenue growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3–7 years of proven experience in real estate sales or business development.
  • Strong negotiation, networking, and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication in English and Hindi (regional language proficiency is a plus).
  • Proactive, ambitious, and target-driven with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of property laws, RERA regulations, and real estate documentation is an advantage.
