Job Description

Qualification:

Graduate (or) BE / B.Tech

Work Experience:

12-15 Years of Experience in Fleet Operations preferably in Bus fleet operating companies.

To handle all depot operational activities of Fleet on daily basis.
Identifying data sources collecting data.
Ensuring on timly Fleet Management as per the schedule.
To ensure SOP s are being followed.
Laisioning with Govt Department / Customers/Clients etc
Supervising Regular fleet maintance and 24*7 alert based monitoring.
Coordinating with vendors and clients and monitoring their performance on regular basis
Closely monitoring the fleet/Driver/Route Management
Monitor and ensure fleet operation in compliance with local and state rules and regulations
Develop and implement standard operational in standards to maintain vehicle by advocating company objectives.
Promote safe work activities by conducting safety audits, attending company safety meetings and meeting with drivers.
Direct investigations to verify and resolve customer s complaints.
MIS reporting
Efficiently managing a team of drivers and vehicles
Being the first point of contact for all drivers
Good communication skills and analytical skills
Time management skills and great knowledge of vehicles.
