TheFinance Accounts (FA) department under the BPM practice at NexdigmPvt Ltd in Pune focuses on delivering end-to-end accounting and financialprocess solutions to global clients. Their services include transactionprocessing, financial reporting, compliance, and statutory filings. The teamleverages technology and domain expertise to drive efficiency, accuracy, andprocess improvements across areas like P2P, O2C, R2R and MIS support.

RoleDescription

Strategicleadership role with responsibility for managing multiple teams or a largeportfolio. Drives client engagement at a senior level, change and riskmanagement, process optimization, and contributing to business growth.

KeyResult Areas:

o Strengthensclient relationships to drive satisfaction and loyalty, resolves escalationsproactively, and ensures no receivables are overdue beyond 30 days throughtimely invoicing and contract renewal.

o Consistentlymeets or exceeds SLAs, maintains green PHS status, anchors smooth processtransitions, and ensures project margins align with client targets throughreview controls and process monitoring.

o Drivesprocess improvements that enhance operational efficiency, ensures efficienciesare passed on, and applies strategic insights to deliver measurableadvancements.

o Mentorsfuture leaders, leads hiring and talent development through i-Build, i-Lead,and i-Rise, and identifies cross-functional growth opportunities to build astrong succession pipeline.

o Maintainshigh team engagement through skip-level meetings, ensures accurate roleexecution, resolves conflicts independently, and upholds GP-level marginsthrough cost optimization and timely billing.

o Leadsdepartment-level initiatives, conducts knowledge-sharing sessions, and owns keytraining topics within the process or function to support organizationallearning.


  1. Required Competencies, Skills, and Experience

12+ years in clientrelationship management, project delivery, and team leadership.

MBA or equivalent inBusiness Management or related field.

SkillsCompetencies:

- Strong clientengagement and escalation management skills.

- Proven track recordin delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.

- Expertise inprocess improvements, financial performance (GP margins, billing), and costoptimization.

- Leadershipexperience in mentoring, hiring, and fostering team growth.

- Proficiency inproject management tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms (e.g., PowerBI).
