Job Description

The Sales Force Automation (SFA) Manager for Emerging Markets is a key player in enhancing sales efficiency, automating processes, and driving technology adoption within the organization. Your main responsibilities will encompass various crucial aspects: Sales Force Automation (SFA) Strategy & Implementation - Develop and execute SFA tools customized to meet the specific requirements of emerging markets. - Ensure that the SFA tools align with the overall sales and business strategy. - Streamline sales workflows and processes to boost efficiency and effectiveness. - Lead the incorporation of CRM and other digital tools to enhance sales tracking. Data Management & Reporting - Supervise data collection, accuracy, and integrity in SFA systems. - Create and analyze sales performance reports and dashboards. - Utilize data analytics to provide actionable insights for informed business decisions. - Ensure compliance with data security and regulatory standards. Training & Change Management - Conduct training sessions for sales teams on the effective utilization of SFA tools and best practices. - Encourage the adoption of automation tools and manage resistance to change. - Develop training resources and organize workshops/webinars for the sales teams. - Provide continuous support and enhancements based on feedback received. Process Improvement & Optimization - Identify sales operation bottlenecks and suggest process enhancements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, marketing, finance) to optimize automation tools. - Implement AI and analytics-driven improvements to enhance forecasting and sales productivity. Market-Specific Customization - Customize SFA solutions to cater to the unique requirements of emerging markets. - Address challenges related to connectivity, infrastructure, and local regulations. - Customize reporting and dashboards to reflect regional market trends and sales dynamics. Vendor & Stakeholder Management - Collaborate with technology providers to enhance SFA capabilities. - Work closely with sales leadership to comprehend evolving business needs. - Coordinate with IT teams to ensure system integrations and adherence to security protocols. Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement - Monitor KPIs such as adoption rates, sales conversion enhancements, and ROI. - Drive ongoing enhancements to ensure the relevance of automation solutions. In this role, your contribution will be instrumental in driving sales growth and efficiency within the emerging markets while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.,
