Experience the power of a game-changing career. #LI-Hybrid Position Overview – A highly skilled Workforce Business Automation Analyst with over 3 years of experience in data-driven environments. Proficient in developing and implementing automation solutions to support BI and WFM teams. Adept at designing effective dashboards and visualizations, maintaining databases, and ensuring data accuracy and quality.

Analytical Skills: Proven ability in investigative data analysis to address business questions. Attention to Detail: Compulsive about data accuracy and quality, Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for explaining complex details to non-technical stakeholders.

Organizational Skills: Manage multiple tasks and projects with a strong focus on maintaining organized and up-to-date process documents.
