Manager Batch Fundraising

As a Manager Batch Fundraising at IIT Kanpur Development Foundation (IITKDF) in Noida, your role will involve overseeing and executing fundraising campaigns for all batches of alumni from IIT Kanpur. You will work closely with the team to design and implement strategies that increase donor participation, retention, and giving levels. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing fundraising plans for all batches of alumni - Managing and overseeing fundraising campaigns, including direct mail, online giving, social media, and events - Building and maintaining relationships with alumni, volunteers, and other stakeholders to foster a culture of giving - Setting fundraising goals, developing strategies to achieve them, and analyzing results to ensure success - Maintaining a database of alumni donors with accurate records of interactions - Collaborating with the communications team to create compelling fundraising materials - Managing volunteer committees and coordinating their efforts to support fundraising initiatives - Participating in donor cultivation and stewardship activities To be successful in this role, you should have: - A post-graduate degree in marketing, communications, non-profit management, or a related field - 6-8 years of experience in non-profit fundraising with a track record of managing campaigns and meeting fundraising goals - Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions - Familiarity with fundraising software and databases If you are interested in this opportunity, you can share your CV with Pragya@iitkdf.org or Swarnima@iitkdf.org.,
